Presentation Guidelines
  • Poster presenters are required to prepare their materials in advance and ensure their poster is displayed on the assigned board for the entire duration of their scheduled session. In case of emergency, poster presenters who are unable to present should contact the CALPHAD 2025 secretariat (info@calphad2025.org) to notify us.
  • Stand at your poster during your assigned presentation time. The CALPHAD 2025 Secretariat is not responsible for posters that are not removed at the designated time. Any posters left behind may be discarded.
  • Although the poster format is not specified, each poster must include the paper title, author(s), and affiliation(s), and must fit within the assigned space.
  • Ensure that all text and illustrations are bold and large enough to be easily read from a distance of approximately 1 meter.
Poster Board Specifications
  • The poster board surface area is approximately A0 size (W 84.4 cm × H 118.9 cm).
  • Poster format is not specified, but all text should be printed in a font large enough to be easily read from a distance of about 1 meter.
  • Ensure that illustrations, including charts and graphs, are clearly visible from at least 1 meter away.
  • Materials such as scissors and tape will be provided at the poster session venue.
