For general participants and students with hotel, the registration fee includes

– Hotel includes the 5 nights from May 25 (check-in) to 30 (check-out)
– Single free ticket for Simer (Ocean Spa)
* “Student and Hotel” is only available if you have a designated roommate.
For accompanying person (general participant must stay in the Paradise Hotel), the registration fee includes
– Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks at Paradise Hotel from Monday morning to Friday lunch
– Welcome reception on Sunday
– Excursion
– Accompanying persons tours (For some options, additional cost can be applied)
– Conference Banquet
– Single free ticket for Simer (Ocean Spa)
For general participants and students without hotel, the registration fee includes
– All sessions, book of abstracts
– Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks at Paradise Hotel from Monday morning to Friday lunch
– Welcome reception on Sunday

*Note: When all the hotel rooms are fully booked, we can only accept the registration without hotel.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation in writing prior to April 20, 2025, will be entitled to a refund less the 300 USD processing fee.
It is not refundable after April 20, 2025.
If you need electronic copies (in a format of pdf) of an invoice and/or a receipt for your registration payment, you may ask them by sending a request email to the conference secretariat (info@calphad2025.org) with the following information:
– full name
– affiliation
– registration number
– date of payment
– method of payment
– amount of payment
Please note that there may be a slight difference in the final refund amount you receive due to the difference in the currency exchange rate.
