We are pleased to introduce a new “Caregiver Grant” for young Calphadians attending CALPHAD 2025 with their children (under 4 years old during the conference date).
This grant is designed to support attendees by covering the registration fee for trusted caregivers, typically an accompanying person.
– The grant will cover the accompanying person’s registration fee, $600.
– Eligible children must be 4 years old or younger during the conference date.
– A maximum of two children per attending couple can be considered.
– Free baby bed is provided, if it is available (only for 1 year old or less)
– Extra bed can be provided with extra payment (70,000 KRW/night)
– Children older than 4 years old must register as an accompanying person.
