Presentation Guideline

• The duration of your presentation should match your assigned time slot:
  • Invited Presentation: 30 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A
  • Oral Presentation: 17 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A
• Please adhere strictly to the allotted time.
• Presentations should be concise, clear, and easy to understand.

• Presentations must be prepared in MS PowerPoint format (English only).
• If you use non-standard fonts (other than those in Windows Office 2016), please embed the fonts in the file or provide the font files separately.
• If your presentation includes animations or videos, bring those files along with the main presentation file.
• Bring your PowerPoint file on a USB memory stick, and submit it to the presentation room staff at least 15 minutes before the session begins. The operator will load it onto the room’s laptop.
• Please ensure your presentation is free of compatibility issues in advance.

All presentations are strictly prohibited from being recorded, copied, or shared due to legal reasons, including copyright and portrait rights. Please note that legal action may be taken by CALPHAD 2025 in case of violations.
